Immediate need for Maintenance Helper! In this role, you will assist with installation and set up of various equipment at the plant location and at customer sites. Some travel required (minimal)with the Special Projects team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, along with basic electrical and construction knowledge.
Duties
Use hand tools and electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters during machine installation
Participate in maintenance painting projects and carpentry tasks to support building interior upkeep.
Follow safety protocols during all work activities to ensure a secure work environment.
Support the installation of new equipment or systems under supervision and assist with troubleshooting issues.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and improve overall project operations.
Experience
Basic construction and electrical experience preferred
Mechanical knowledge related to building interior systems such as carpentry or general repairs.
Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively; experience with power tools is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
