Maintenance Helper-Janitor

Work with lead maintenance person, helping out variety of things including: Carpentry, piping, masonry, wiring, painting, spackling and other duties. Safely operate factory forklifts
Conduct required forklift safety inspections. Change forklift propane tanks and battery packs. Remove waste and packaging materials from the factory. Remove liquid hazardous waste generated by manufacturing processes. Remove and sort scrap metal for recycling. Assist with dismantling and rebuilding equipment and machinery. Maintain clean and unobstructed factory walkways. Assist with snow removal and other weather-related property maintenance duties, as needed. Perform general building maintenance, including painting, as required. Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and objectives.
