Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Helper in New Haven, CT, and contribute to maintaining and repairing essential building systems. This contract-to-hire role offers hands-on experience in facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and groundskeeping. Work on a first shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and gain valuable skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance, repairing equipment, and assisting senior technicians with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
