Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Helper to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This position supports maintenance technicians by assisting with facility upkeep, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and general housekeeping to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and enjoys hands-on work in an industrial setting.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous maintenance, janitorial, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of maintenance tasks
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance and repair projects
Perform general housekeeping and cleanup of work areas
Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the facility as needed
Support preventative maintenance activities on equipment and facilities
Inspect work areas and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Assist with additional maintenance and facility support duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous industrial maintenance or facilities experience
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent manual handling of tools, materials, and equipment
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing facility
Combination of indoor and outdoor work environments
Exposure to machinery, tools, and maintenance equipment
Fast-paced, safety-focused workplace requiring appropriate PPE at all times
