Penmac Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Helper to support a large campus facility with painting and touch-up projects throughout the property. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining the appearance of buildings and facilities.Requirements for the Maintenance Helper
- Previous painting experience required
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat
- Must be able to bend, twist, reach, and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Maintenance Helper Responsibilities
- Paint and touch up interior and exterior surfaces throughout campus
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and performing basic prep work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Move throughout the campus to complete assigned projects
- Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of campus facilities
- Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Schedule and Pay
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
