The Maintenance Helper (Entry-Level) is responsible for supporting maintenance operations by performing lubrication tasks and assisting technicians with basic duties. Required Experience & Skills
Ability to understand and communicate in English for safety purposes
Willingness to perform dirty, hands-on work
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in an industrial environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
No prior experience required training provided
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform scheduled greasing and oiling of machinery and equipment
Change oils, filters, and lubricants per maintenance schedules
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment
Identify and report equipment issues or leaks
Assist maintenance technicians with basic tasks as needed
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work Environment
Industrial/manufacturing setting
Exposure to grease, oil, dirt, and cleaning chemicals
Physically demanding role requiring consistent movement and lifting
