Responsibilities:
- Empty all trash and-transport to dumpster
- Sweep all hard floors daily and mop as needed
- Washallglassincludingdoorandpanesasneeded-surfacesdaily
- Dust and/or wash tables and kitchen area as needed
- Cleanrestroomfixtures,floorsandpartitions daily
- Disinfect restroom floors daily
- Replace paper supplies and deodorize the restrooms as needed.
- Order janitorial supplies with the permission of the Corps Officers
- Strip, wax and buff floors as needed
- Vacuum carpets as needed with offices and lounge area daily
- Setup roomsforprogramsasneeded
- Maintainlights - minor repairs, light bulb change, painting,
- Remove snow as needed and salt as needed
- Maintain vehicles as needed and instructed by the Corps Officers
- Drive to do pick-ups as requested
- Help with heavy lifting as needed
- Policeoutsidegroundsfor trashandkeep theexterior clean
- Maintain the lawn as needed
Qualifications:
- The ability to do heavy lifting
- A valid NY State Driver's License and the ability to pass any required testing for the operation of a 12-passenger
- Possess working knowledge of tools and building maintenance
- Experience with prior building maintenance
