Job Description

Carrow Real Estate Services is seeking an experienced maintenance technician with commercial HVAC experience (required). General maintenance repairs such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, snow removal, and grounds. Knowledge of general maintenance safety procedures and commercial HVAC maintenance. On-call emergency duty when assigned. Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation. Full benefits package available. Hourly rate $24-$27 based on experience.
