Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance II to join our team. As a Maintenance II, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. Your main duties will include conducting inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various maintenance techniques, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.

  • Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, such as malfunctioning heating systems or leaking pipes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance requests.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance repairs and services performed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with all safety regulations.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and methods.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
  • Able to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
