Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with general building maintenance tasks.
• Participate in various maintenance projects, learning new skills and techniques.
• Help with resident requests and special event preparations.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of our facilities.
• Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in High School.
• 1-3 months of relevant work experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
