Wyndemere Homeowners Association is seeking a Maintenance and Irrigation Technician with an “Anything is possible” mindset and a take-charge approach to property maintenance.
Wyndemere is a private, prestigious community in Naples, Florida, featuring 634 residences across 450 acres of beautifully maintained property.

We provide specialized training on Toro and Hunter irrigation systems, including opportunities through Wesco Turf University, which offers courses such as Irrigation Controller Installation and Programming.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance and Irrigation Technician is responsible for general maintenance and repair of the master association’s facilities and common areas, with a primary focus on irrigation, plumbing, and minor electrical systems. Additional responsibilities may include pressure washing, painting, plant watering, trash removal, and other maintenance duties as assigned.
This position may also require participation in an on-call rotation for major weather events, system failures, or other emergency situations.
This position reports to and works under the direction of the Grounds and Maintenance Manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of residential property maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, irrigation, and landscaping
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Rotation of half-day weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) during season to maintain common area plants
Rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
Work is performed primarily outdoors with potential exposure to high heat, humidity, and seasonal weather conditions
Ability and stamina to work outdoors for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Requires frequent mobility throughout the property
Requires frequent sitting, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and residents
Ability to respond effectively to emergency maintenance and irrigation situations
