The Lead Maintenance Landscape FT Monday -Friday staff works with THRIVE Director or Campus Coordinator to keep the campus safe and in good repair. <\/div>
Qualifications â shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement <\/div>
â High School diploma or GED <\/div>
â Ideally credentialed as a minister or pursuing credentials in the AG or doctrinally similar fellowship <\/div>
â Maintain First Aid and CPR certification Preferred Qualifications <\/div>
â At least 1 year full time ministry experience OSHA Certification and experience with landscape and maintenance tools Relationships <\/div>
â The Maintenance -Landscape employee is responsible to the Campus Coordinator and Director. <\/div>

Responsibilities: will primarily serve as campus overseer of maintenance/landscaping at THRIVE Girls Academy <\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>
Responsibilities include but not limited to: â Lead prayer â instruct students when needed for department landscaping/clean up â Engage in religious instruction â Work with other departments to comply with all Texas DFPS regulations/COGNIA standards/TCUSA standards â Participate in campus events and chapels as required <\/div>
â All buildings trash is emptied and put in the dumpster, everyday. Clean outside of dumpster Thursdays. <\/div>
â Maintains and repairs all dorms, patch holes in walls, buildings and vehicles upkeep oil changes, logs <\/div>
â Assist Director or Campus Coordinator when needed for the pulling of any permits that are needed <\/div>
â Maintains and keeps track of all tools and equipment/put away tools & equipment. Organize storage into sections. <\/div>
â Mowing edging and landscaping the campus <\/div>
â Will alert the Director or Campus Coordinator to any safety issues promptly so they can be fixed <\/div>
â Works with volunteers to coordinate work projects on campus â All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Coordinator <\/div><\/span>
