We are seeking a Maintenance/ Grounds Keeper to become a part of our Maintenance Team! You will perform necessary work to keep up pools, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.
Responsibilities:
Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
Clean and maintain pools/ hot tubs
Maintain a clean and a safe work space
Perform other duties, as assigned
Ground work (mowing, weed eating, etc.)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields (plumbing, small electric, basic home repairs)
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
