Maintenance Lead - 2nd shift

The Maintenance Lead shall act as support staff to the maintenance supervisor concerning the execution of all maintenance and assigned tasks within their assigned area of responsibility, including:

• Oversight of the team of maintenance technicians.
• Assigning tasks, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance activities on facilities and equipment, while prioritizing safety and adhering to company standards.
• Evaluating system needs, managing work orders, and providing technical guidance to team members.
• Supervise employees throughout the department while carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures in the absence of the production supervisor.
