Do you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping a community running smoothly? Greencroft Goshen is looking for a Maintenance Lead to help maintain our senior living campus, ensuring residents have a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home.
Schedule:
MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
On-Call Rotation:
Evenings and weekends as scheduled

What You'll Do:
Perform day-to-day maintenance throughout the campus
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
Assist with renovation projects, room setups, and campus improvements
Support seasonal responsibilities, including snow removal and grounds maintenance
Help coordinate maintenance activities and provide leadership within the department
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff
What We're Looking For:
Three or more years of maintenance experience
Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance
Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physically active work
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
Previous leadership experience is a plus
