Location Description
The Post Consumer Brands plant in Tremonton, Utah is part of the company's West Coast network, with more than 220 team members supplying Malt-O-Meal bag cereals, PEBBLES cereals, and more to a variety of retailers. Responsibilities
Job Function:
The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible to Lead, Train and Coach a small group of maintenance technicians in performing plant maintenance safely and effectively. Responsible for performing and leading mechanical, electrical, and electronic plant/equipment maintenance so that production down time is minimized and efficiency is maximized. Support, implement, and maintain food safety and quality practices as required through SQF. Responsible for ensuring the team completes job duties in a manner that supports all plant safety, food safety, quality and environmental practices.

Qualifications
Education:
2-4 years vocational training in maintenance mechanics to include: hydraulics, pneumatics, machine shop, electricity, electronics and programmable computers. Knowledge of production machinery operation and maintenance. State licenses preferred: boilers, electrical and refrigeration.
Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in plant and production equipment maintenance including mechanical, electrical, and electronic repair.

Working Conditions:
Work in all plant areas and outside the plant. Exposure to extreme heat and cold, humidity, fumes, gases, odors and dust. Exposure to high noise levels. Work around moving machinery that is electrically and mechanically hazardous. Work with highly combustible or potentially explosive equipment and materials.
Problem Solving:
Must identify and solve mechanical, electrical and electronic plant or equipment problems. Repairs must be performed safely, timely, and cost effectively. Provides input into engineering designs, e.g. electrical or electronic systems changes-- practicality and convenience.
