Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee maintenance operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient restaurant environment
- Coordinate routine cleaning and grounds maintenance activities
- Manage on-call and holiday maintenance tasks with reliability and enthusiasm
- This is a 6am shift. Must be available to open the restaurant and start tasks at 6am.
- Check-in daily truck order accurately and put away inventory in a thorough manner.
- Clean every area of the restaurant and equipment inside and out.
- Fix equipment, structures and perform other maintenance tasks as needed.
- Rotate stock.
- Serve other team members when they are in need.
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
- Maintain relationships with maintenance vendors to ensure they are performing their roles properly (landscapers, snow removal teams, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
