Job Responsibilities:Schedule- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, [4:00pm-2:30am]
- Overtime and weekend work as needed

- Lead and support maintenance team members.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- Lead hourly employees in the Maintenance Department.
- Assist with the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of direct reports.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, training, mentoring and coaching, planning, assigning and directing work, assisting with appraising performance, rewarding employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience:- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Engineering, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift and aerial lift certifications.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Ability to obtain Forklift, Manlift and Crane Licenses. Previous experience required

Additional Skills:Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English and correspondence such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical procedures, governmental regulations and procedure manuals. Ability to document forms as required by position. Ability to speak effectively with employees and customers.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MicroSoft Office, AS400 and ability to use bar code labeling system.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Physical Demands: (The physical demands described h
