Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of building internal capabilities and minimizing downtime through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule maintenance projects and repairs.
Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.
Build in-house maintenance skills to reduce reliance on external vendors.
Communicate maintenance plans and updates to operators and leadership.
Coordinate internal staff and external vendors to minimize equipment downtime.
Identify and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
Train operators to recognize and report equipment issues.
Maintain inventory of parts and consumables.
Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors to expedite service.
Expand supplier network to improve cost and service timelines.
Conduct annual oil testing and analysis.
Serve as the primary contact for building maintenance contractor.
