Salary $100,000 - $115,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to Upstate NY

We’re looking for a strong Maintenance Manager who can lead a maintenance organization toward a more proactive, reliability-focused operation. This Maintenance Manager role is ideal for a hands-on leader who brings technical maintenance expertise, accountability, and the ability to successfully implement change.

What You’ll Do as the Maintenance Manager:

• Drive proactive reliability and downtime reduction.
• Implement and improve maintenance processes, policies, and procedures.
• Strengthen CMMS, MRO, and parts management processes.
• Lead change initiatives and build a more proactive maintenance organization.
• Manage smaller capital equipment implementation projects.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop the team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Manager role:

• At least 5 years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably in food & beverage.
• Strong technical maintenance and organizational experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Demonstrated success implementing organizational and process changes.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and change-management skills.
• Resilient leader who is willing to learn and continue developing.
