What We’re Looking For:
- Technical degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical field
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 5+ years in leadership
- Strong background in MRO/parts inventory, permits, and preventive maintenance programs
- Experience with Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing stairs/ladders
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience implementing new equipment or processes to increase productivity
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, food safety, and safe work practices
Preferred Experience:
- Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing training
We’re seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability, drive operational efficiency, and support a high-performing production environment. In this role, you’ll oversee maintenance operations, manage spare parts inventory, ensure maximum uptime of production assets, and maintain facilities with a strong commitment to occupational and food safety standards.
You’ll also play a key role in plant upgrades, process improvements, and execution of capital projects, helping maximize output and unlock additional capacity. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is a key member of the site’s Operations Leadership Team.
