You will ensure equipment reliability, minimizes downtime drive continuous improvement and manage the planning and execution of capital projects. Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance program. * Ensure high equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime. * Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for equipment failures. * Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance costs. * Manage maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize workforce efficiency. * Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline. * 7 + years' of experience in operation maintenance or engineering field with 3 + years of supervisory role in the department. * Experience with planning, scheduling and leading projects. * Able to use Auto Desk or equivalent software * Experience with CMMS, SAP, Maximo, MicroMain, etc. If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
