- Strong electrical and mechanical background (PLC, drives, automation, hydraulics, high voltage systems)
- 5 years experience leading maintenance teams
- Experience in melt shop is a big plus
- Proven ability to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership skills — able to hold teams accountable and develop talent
