OpSource Direct has partnered with a manufacturer in Duncan, SC seeking a Maintenance Manager.
Pay: $80,000k/yr.
Hours: 6am - 4pm Monday - Thursday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete PM’s through MaintainX software
- Overhaul machines as needed
- Maintain building and machines. (Repair as needed)
- Plumbing repairs. (Non-extensive repairs)
- Assists in Machine Installation, if needed.
- Help create and implement measures to minimize breakdowns/repairs through MaintainX software ie…MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
- Coordinate work performed by outside vendors
- Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
- Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of equipment.
- Assist with enforcement of safety policies.
- Troubleshoot potential problem areas, (Inefficient machinery, equipment with high and frequent repair costs, obsolete parts, etc.) and create a clear plan of action to correct them.
- 5S work areas. (Including metal contamination prevention)
- Maintains parts inventory through MaintainX software
