Qualifications:
- Degree preferred but not required
- Must have at least 5+ years maintenance management experience in food manufacturing
- Strrong electrical and mechanical skills
- PLC troubleshooting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage capital projects
- Develop and monitor KPI's to ensure the department stays on track to meet plant goals
- Improve Preventive Maintenance processes
