WeldWerks Brewing is a locally owned, and operated craft brewery in historic downtown Greeley, Colorado. The maintenance manager is a cornerstone of all of our production and retail operations, a technical expert, trainer and role model for the entire team. In addition to overseeing the routine maintenance goals of the brewery, the maintenance manager acts as a coach, leader, and mentor to the production and packaging teams. We invest a lot of time, training, and education in our leaders and we expect the leaders to do the same with their teams. The maintenance manager is responsible for developing the skills and self-reliance of co-workers through relationships, communication, trust, and education.

Appropriately prioritize all maintenance tasks and proactively communicate status and timelines
Manage and execute all production equipment preventive maintenance in coordination with the Head Brewer and equipment operators
Perform reactive troubleshooting/repairs and identify opportunities to prevent future failures
Coordinate all necessary facility/building maintenance activities
Manage the scheduling and work of contractors as necessary
Follow all relevant safety programs and procedures
Maintain accurate and up to date records of all maintenance activities
Utilize CMMS tools for work planning and parts management
Assist with planning and implementation of capital projects
Coordinate approved equipment modifications
Develop documentation/SOPs for all relevant maintenance and repair activities
Effectively train coworkers on any applicable maintenance procedures
Analyze downtime reports and repair trends and adjust plans accordingly
Available on call for maintenance advice/repairs
This position qualifies to participate in the company tip pool. Tips are pooled and paid out on a monthly basis for all eligible positions.
