Maintenance Manager

Salary: $80-90K

What your future day will look like:

• Lead maintenance operations across all shifts
• Manage manufacturing assets and facility upkeep
• Oversee maintenance budgets and resources
• Supervise, train, and develop technicians
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Support capital projects and equipment installations
• Minimize downtime through rapid issue resolution

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of equipment
• 5+ years as a supervisor
