Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager directs, schedules, and manages the activities of hourly maintenance personnel to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
This role plans and executes preventive (PM) and predictive (PdM) maintenance (95% ontime completion) using the CMMS (MaintainX), ensures compliance with OSHA/HIOSH, NFPA 70E, NEC, GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and internal safety standards, and leads continuous improvement efforts to eliminate root causes of manufacturing problems. The Maintenance Manager provides technical support for Plant Maintenance Policies and Procedures and the Plant Safety Program, independently leading most projects with minimal direction.
