Maintenance Manager II Quincy, Ma

We are looking for Experienced Maintenance  Manager for our Luxury Apartment Communities

As a Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Manage Capital Expense projects providing 3 bids, scope of work and generating contracts 
• Ensure proper security to property
• Ensure safety to property 
• · Generate monthly maintyenance reports  for  building systems, repairs, inspections, regulatory compliance, and Preventive Maintenance programs. 
• · Manage inventory for assets over $1000 value 
• · Responsible for Safety and efficient use of maintenance personel and operations
  
• · Participate in efforts to hire on site maintenance technicians
• Responsible for QA/QC for property maintenance

Qualifications:

· The ideal candidate will have maintenance manager's experience in residential property management.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC

· Outstanding  communication and interpersonal skills.

· Candidate should be proficient at using Yardi Voyager 

·  Must be available for emergency situations including weekends and holidays.

· A valid driver's license and a good driving record and travell to various properties
