Maintenance Manager III Canton, Ma

We are looking for Experienced Maintenance  Manager for our Luxury Apartment Communities

As a Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Manage Capital Expense projects providing 3 bids, scope of work and generating contracts 
• Responsible for proper security coverage to properties
• Responsible for safety on properties
• Enforce, maintain and update Policies and Procedures Handbook
•  Generate monthly maintenance reports for building systems, repairs, inspections, regulatory compliance, and Preventive Maintenance programs. \
• Some Data analytics 
• Inventory equipment, tools and unit assets 
•  Responsible for  efficient use of maintenance personel and operations
  
• Facilitate  efforts to hire on site maintenance technicians
• Responsible for PM  programs 
• Audit all  property maintenance quality for QA
• Implement continuous efficiency  through software utilization and AI tools.
• Visit Properties weekly

Qualifications:

· The ideal candidate will have maintenance manager's experience in large apartment communities

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC

· Outstanding  communication and interpersonal skills.

· Candidate should be proficient at using Yardi Voyager Maintenance 

·  Must be available for emergency situations including weekends and holidays.

· A valid driver's license and a good driving record

 Travel to various properties up to 2 hours from Canton
