Your Role
As a Maintenance Manager at Prime Car Wash, you will:
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure the overall functionality of the wash tunnel and equipment room.
- Oversee and repair all facility needs at our six central Indianapolis locations.
- Lead and manage a team of 2-4 maintenance technicians.
- Use your expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Read blueprints and manage an inventory system to keep all parts and repairs in order.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for maintenance issues and keep facilities in proper working order.
- Be on call after hours on a rotating schedule.
- Maintain a clean and well-kept company vehicle.
- Handle additional duties as assigned after proper training.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the car wash industry.
- Experience with tunnel installation is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in multi-tasking with great attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to manage and lead a maintenance team.
- Knowledgeable in the use and care of basic hand tools.
- Capable of creating and managing a weekly maintenance checklist.
- Willing to travel to out of state locations on occasion when needed.
- Experience in managing monthly maintenance expense reports.
