This role leads plant operations, emphasizing safety, environmental compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include managing plant activities in the absence of leadership, overseeing small to medium capital projects, supporting safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating issues to management.
The candidate will manage contractors and union technicians, support maintenance and operational troubleshooting, and drive improvement projects aligned with corporate asset management goals.
Qualifications include a STEM degree or trade certification, 7+ years in manufacturing, experience with plant equipment and project budgeting, leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Starting pay ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
Additional responsibilities include promoting safety culture, participating in risk assessments, and completing required HSE training.
