Seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead 10-12 technicians and electricians in a high-speed packaging and processing facility.
Responsibilities include overseeing predictive and preventive maintenance, developing systems and KPIs, scheduling repairs, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and USDA compliance.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of maintenance supervision experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and knowledge of maintenance systems and software.
Must demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
Technical expertise in PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and support equipment is a plus.
