SUMMARY
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and coordination of maintenance operations across all College facilities. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Facility Services, this position provides direct supervision to Maintenance Supervisors and oversees the planning and corrective maintenance programs. The Maintenance Manager ensures the effective operation of building systems, regulatory compliance, workforce development, resource allocation, and maintenance-related capital projects in support of the College's educational mission.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday 6:00 A.M. - 2:30 P.M. Must be able to work a variable schedule/hour to meet operational needs. May require evening and weekend hours.
