_CertainTeed Ceilings, a division of TOP GLOBAL EMPLOYER Saint-Gobain, has an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team._


_This position is based in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, known for incredible fishing, hunting, and variety of outdoor activities._


_What's the job?_


+ Provide sound leadership to Maintenance Team as they maximize reliability of plant equipment.

+ Be leader of professional maintenance-oriented improvement projects moving us from reactive at times to proactive.

+ Incorporate World Class Manufacturing (WCM) techniques and principles into all maintenance systems.

+ Develop and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program focused on reducing unplanned machine down time.

+ Develop solid working relationships across all plant personnel.

+ Minimal travel required.

Qualifications


+ Bachelor's degree is required in Engineering or related technical discipline.

+ 10 years manufacturing environment experience preferred.

+ Experience working in a complex maintenance leadership role interfacing with the Plant Leadership Team, corporate Manufacturing Performance Team, and unionized plant employees.
