We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead technicians and oversee equipment in a high-volume industrial facility. This role requires a floor presence and the ability to manage both people and machinery in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM start. Flexibility required for additional hours, weekends, and emergencies.
