About the Role

This role involves leading and mentoring a maintenance team to ensure effective operation and maintenance of high-tech production lines. The position exists to design and implement maintenance structures and processes, supporting growth and production complexity. It contributes to minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team with hands-on coaching.
• Diagnose issues and provide support on the plant floor.
• Design and implement maintenance structures and preventive programs.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Train technicians to operate sophisticated equipment.
• Promote a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in a hands-on maintenance management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with packaging equipment is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with automated or innovative production equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to build structure, processes, and teams during periods of rapid growth.
• Strong leadership presence with a practical, positive, and can-do approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
