Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Lead maintenance and engineering operations for a large food manufacturing facility. Drive TPM, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability programs. Manage major capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements. Improve uptime, OEE, and maintenance KPI performance. Oversee CMMS systems, spare parts management, and digital maintenance initiatives. Support energy optimization, facilities maintenance, and environmental compliance activities. Build and develop a high-performing maintenance and engineering team. Partner with operations, quality, safety, and global stakeholders to support business growth.

Experience leading maintenance and engineering teams within food manufacturing. Strong background in equipment reliability, maintenance systems, and troubleshooting. Experience with TPM, PM/PdM programs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with PLC troubleshooting is highly preferred.
Base salary target: $130,000-$150,000. Annual bonus approximately 16.5%. Medical, dental, life insurance. 401(k). Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual bonus.
