Description

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment, enjoys solving equipment challenges, and takes pride in building effective maintenance systems. This individual should be equally comfortable troubleshooting a production line issue, coaching maintenance personnel, coordinating contractors, and developing long-term reliability improvements.

Following recent expansion, the organization is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to help support continued operational excellence and growth.

Description

  • Lead all plant maintenance and reliability activities
  • Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to reduce downtime
  • Develop and improve maintenance procedures, scheduling, and documentation
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects
  • Coordinate outside contractors and service providers
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to improve plant performance
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and department resources
  • Mentor and support maintenance personnel while remaining actively involved on the plant floor

Profile

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Lead
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to manage maintenance strategy while remaining hands-on technically
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
