The Production Maintenance Manager leads the site's maintenance function, driving equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and plant performance. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities, develops and coaches maintenance team members, manages maintenance priorities and resources, and supports facility and equipment improvement projects. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent working experience.
5-8 years of maintenance engineering or production operations within a manufacturing environment.
2+ years in a leadership position with direct reports.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and basic engineering aspects of production equipment. Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Preferred: experience with rotating equiptment and PLCs.
