Maintenance Manager

What You'll Do:

Lead plant maintenance and facilities management, partnering with operational leadership to achieve business objectives

Develop and manage asset maintenance plans, including preventative and predictive methodologies based on root cause analysis and OEM recommendations

Own department KPIs and operational metrics, driving corrective action plans for any variances

Implement and maintain TPM programs, proposing and leading projects that reduce cost and improve performance

Manage maintenance staff — performance management, skills gap assessments, and individual development plans

Must-Have Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in a maintenance leadership or engineering role

Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting background in an industrial environment

Experience developing and implementing TPM systems, with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience

Proficiency with Maintenance ERP systems (SAP)

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; technical leadership experience required
