Seeking a Maintenance Manager at our Ocala, FL Fulfillment Center to lead a team responsible for maintaining and improving warehouse assets and equipment, including conveyor systems, automation, storage solutions, and powered trucks.

  • Lead technicians and coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
  • Handle downtime events, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Drive preventative and reactive maintenance, support continuous improvement projects, and manage capital expenditures.
  • Oversee maintenance procurement within budget and collaborate with internal and external partners.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years leading maintenance/operations teams in warehouse or factory settings.
  • Experience with material handling equipment and data-driven KPI improvements.
  • Strong customer service, multitasking, and availability for flexible schedules and travel.
