R&R Tool, Inc. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance department at our Blanchester location. R&R Tool, Inc. is a contract manufacturing shop located in Blanchester, Ohio that specializes in medical manufacturing with tight-tolerance precision parts.

Summary:

Maintenance manager oversees the maintenance of buildings and mechanical systems within the buildings and controls the installation, repair, and upkeep of Company property and at the same time helps keep a clean and safe working environment for all employees and supervises the Maintenance Department.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

Direct the maintenance program and processes of the plant to ensure timely and effective production.
Coordinate with other management staff to ensure efficiency in preventative maintenance and new equipment installation.
Oversee facilities design and inspection, equipment repair and installation.
Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees in the maintenance department.
Coordinate maintenance work performed by outside vendors.
Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment, parts and buildings.
Control and monitor maintenance inventory.
Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff.
Implement safety policies and procedures for the department and company that at a minimum, ensure OSHA requirements are met.
Assist in any other tasks management deems necessary.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

10+ years’ experience in maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics.
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Recognize and respond to potential problems.
Work under moderate supervision.
