Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of spare parts, and procurement of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency, reduce costs, and extend asset lifespan.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
What We Offer:
