Maintenance Manager - Revere at Spring Hill

Oversee the facility maintenance management for the entire apartment community at the Revere at Spring Hill location which includes 408 units. This is a working supervisory position involving a wide variety of preventative maintenance and repair responsibilities. Rotating on-call shifts is required.

Duties Include:

• Lead by example and are a role model for the standards and behaviors to ensure efficient property maintenance operations.
• Dedicate time to providing on-the-job training and educational opportunities to Maintenance Technicians.
• Effectively delegate, monitor and inspect the quality of work completed by the maintenance staff.
• Show care and concern for our residents through timely follow-up and meticulous completion of their apartment service tickets.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Manage the make-ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and timeliness so apartments can be leased, and new residents can move in.
• Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep, cleanliness, and ground maintenance.
• Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components.
• Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards, while running an accident-free operation.
• Reinforce monthly staffing schedules, ensuring 24/7 emergency coverage.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 to 5 years of multi-family management experience.
• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) certification required.
• EPA certification Type II or Universal.
• Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
