Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our maintenance operations within a corrugated packaging environment. The ideal professional will bring over seven years of supervisory experience in the industry to effectively guide and manage our team. Key responsibilities include fostering a safe and efficient work environment, collaborating harmoniously with departmental leaders, and driving process improvements.

Your role will involve implementing a robust safety program aimed at optimizing operational efficiency while setting clear objectives for team performance. You will develop comprehensive maintenance strategies designed to enhance equipment reliability and productivity. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing key performance indicator (KPI) reports to bolster plant operations and effectiveness.

We prefer candidates with a technical degree in Engineering, especially those with a Bachelor's degree, who can combine their academic knowledge with hands-on supervision skills in maintenance within a corrugated packaging facility.
