Maintenance Coordinator
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Work in cooperation with the Plant Manager, Processing Engineer, Production Manager and Supervisors to coordinate maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain all necessary records and should be familiar with all facets and procedures of plant operations.
- Direct and supervisor all maintenance personnel.
- Maintain maintenance computer software to include spare parts inventories, purchase orders, and other records.
- Recognize, identify, and solve problems with machines without assistance.
- Assist in securing quotes for projects and repairs.
- Must work independently in repairing, installing and setting up equipment, and will be expected to lead workers in assigned tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments and ensure timely work completion.
- Maintain a full complement of tools to enable him to perform his normal duties.

- Must have had formal training in either mechanical or electrical fields. Formal electrical training should include theory, reading of schematics, and a full understanding of instruments and controls in an industrial setting.
- Must be adaptable to all situations and capable and willing to work in all maintenance classifications when necessary.
- Must perform work in a safe manner to personnel and equipment, and maintain a good safety record.
- Electrical, mechanical, welding, plumbing, and computer skills required.
- Ability to understand and use microphaser control panel screen.
Language Skills:
- Ability to speak and understand English is preferred.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to operator a calculator, have basic math skills, and read instrumentation gauges.
- Ability to understand and use microphaser control panel screen.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to use common sense and maintain a level head and thought process during a crisis.
- Ability to differentiate between “good” and “bad” quality.
