We put you first:\n\n Salary for Maintenance Manager starting from $135K plus yearly with room to grow as you progress in your career!\n Telemedicine, Group insurance\n Financial Benefits: Profit Sharing Plan, Retirement Plan with company matching, Stock Options & Annual flexible reimbursement program\n Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)\n \nDevelop your talents\n \nBy applying for your expertise within our facility in Rockingham NC, as a Maintenance Manager:\n\n Lead and develop the maintenance Safety culture and enforce safe work practices, policies and accountability.\n Utilize LEAN manufacturing experience to drive the strategic plan and support continued implementation of LEAN methodologies and tools.\n Drive asset reliability programs and processes that support operations objectives. \n Participate in the annual action planning process and budget development.\n Prepare and execute investment and asset maintenance plans, shutdowns, and meet return on investment targets.\n Engage and develop employees for personal & professional growth.\n In accordance with established business rules and best practices, ensure compliance with Cascades' business processes in the plant.\n Support and lead maintenance team KPI's and quality of work.\n Communicate, lead, and support the plan that will achieve targets in terms of production capacity, standardization of operating costs, quality, engagement and health and safety.\n \nThere's nobody quite like you!\n \nRespect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:\n\n 5+ years of experience leading maintenance teams in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment required; paper industry experience preferred.\n Strong electrical maintenance and troubleshooting background.\n Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach that motivates and engages teams to achieve operational excellence.\n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a high degree of tact and professionalism.\n Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.\n Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.\n Experience working with SAP maintenance and asset management systems preferred.\n Demonstrated data-driven mindset with experience in performance reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Strong focus on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance, best practices.\n \nWe look forward to meeting you!\n \nAbout Cascades\n \nCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
