MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Location: 7736 E. Springfield Ave., Selma, CA 93662
Hours: Monday - Friday
Position: Salary Exempt
Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 (Depending on Experience)
Payroll: Bi-Weekly

Job Summary
This role involves overseeing all maintenance operations, including the management of maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring minimal downtime across our foundry, machine shop, and fabrication shops.
The Maintenance Manager, will play a key role in ensuring that our machinery and equipment are running efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. This is a leadership role that requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, an understanding of various equipment, and strong organizational skills.

Working Conditions
This position is based in a manufacturing environment that includes heavy equipment, machinery, and potential exposure to heat, dust, and noise.
The role may require working outside of regular hours in response to emergencies or critical equipment repairs.
Personal Protective Equipment and Safety
The employee must wear approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, respirator, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes at all times. Always demonstrate and perform safety practices.
