Maintenance Manager
Location: Union County, NJ
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + Benefits

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the maintenance team while promoting a strong safety culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement mindset throughout the facility.
* Oversee equipment reliability, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance programs, and downtime reduction initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and product quality.
* Manage CMMS systems, maintenance budgets, parts inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance documentation to ensure cost-effective operations.
* Partner with production, quality, and management teams to support TPM initiatives, food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and facility improvement projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and provide guidance to maintenance personnel.
* Bachelor"s degree in a technical field or equivalent military technical experience.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, and implement process improvements.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience with CMMS systems, TPM programs, preventive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Experience working in a food manufacturing environment with knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, or BRC standards.
